Community
The overall vision of Blended Colors Therapy is to create a safe space for BIPOC individuals. One of the needs and ongoing work for BCT is to build intentional community spaces where connection can take place. We all deserve to be seen, heard, and supported by each other.

Multigenerational “Stuff” Workshop
9/28/23-10/26/23
Thursday’s 6p-7:30p|| Meeting on Zoom
$125 ($25 per meeting) for the 5-week workshop
This workshop was created for BIPOC adults looking to learn and unlearn any narratives that have been adopted from society and the generations that have come before. With the use of Art Therapy (no art skills required), we will create a safe space to understand ourselves and choose the narrative we will nurture. Great workshop for those who want to better understand the parts of themselves. Facilitator will guide participants using art therapy directives covering the following topics:
· Multigenerational patterns; roles; experiences; beliefs; expectations; strength; etc.
· Current narrative(s) and dominant storyline
· What is working? what is not working?
· Connecting to inner child/authentic selves
· Shaping new narrative
Required Supplies: Basic art materials (paper, markers, color pencils, scissors, glue). If you have additional art supplies, please feel free to bring those as well.
